Canne Toc Optima S AN Garbolino
The OPTIMA S AN is a short version of our popular OPTIMA AN.
This 360 natural bait rod is perfect for those looking for a short rod, whether for fishing with a natural fly or a maggot, but also for occasionally making a few drifts with artificial nymphs.
We have particularly worked on the action of the rod so that it is rather flexible at the tip, which favors casting small baits or nymphs but with a butt that retains a certain reserve of power, an important thing when you need to quickly control a fish.
This rod was built on a blank in 3 equal sections thanks to top-quality materials and dressed in a turquoise "blue" lagoon varnish, a color used on Garbolino products for decades. (missing verb…).
The bottom of the butt is covered with cork and you can, through our sliding tubular reel seat, position your toc reel wherever you want: all the way down, to favor a balance just under the hand, or rather at the top for those of you who prefer to hold both the rod and reel together in hand.
The rod includes 12 Match-type guides with an ultra-light raised frame and very fine Titanium Oxide ceramics whose weight is negligible.
