These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company "Carnassiers Shop", and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "Carnassiers Shop" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Article 1: Delivery countries

Only people with a delivery address in Switzerland, Belgium or Metropolitan France are authorized to place an order on the website www.carnassiers-shop.ch

Article 2: Items sold

These General Conditions concern the items sold online on the website www.carnassiers-shop.ch The characteristics of said items are established on the basis of the information provided by their suppliers. They are therefore given for information purposes only by Carnassiers-Shop and do not engage the responsibility of Carnassiers-Shop. The same applies to the photos of the items which are established in agreement with their suppliers.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

The Client must also pay the delivery costs, which are indicated at the end of the order.

Article 4: Delivery charges

The online sale of the products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who have a delivery address in Switzerland, Belgium or Metropolitan France. The delivery charges are calculated automatically when ordering.

Shipments are made with Swiss Post, for Switzerland, and French Post, for France and Belgium. The client can choose between ECONOMY and PRIORITY shipping with or without signature for shipments in Switzerland. Shipments to Metropolitan France and Belgium are sent by Colissimo France Standard for France and Colissimo International Standard for Belgium.

In case of a delivery notice from the post office, you have 7 days to collect your parcel from the post office mentioned on it. If you do not collect your parcel after this period, it will be returned to us and additional charges will apply (Return fees: for economy 7Chf, for priority 9 Chf) + the standard fees for a new shipment (eco: 7chf, prio: 9chf). The parcel will be reshipped after receipt of these fees.

If the address provided when placing your order proves to be incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, the return fees and the fees for a new shipment are the responsibility of the client.

Article 5: Orders

The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service must obligatorily:

– Create a customer account (fill in the identification form) in which they will indicate all the requested contact details.

– Fill the online order basket by providing all the references of the chosen products or services;

– Validate their order after checking it;

– Confirm their order and payment.

– Make the payment under the conditions provided;

The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of relying on their own purchasing conditions or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

The confirmation will serve as signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

The seller will communicate by email the confirmation of the recorded order.

For items marked "On Order", delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on the availability of the product from the supplier. 

Items marked "On Order" cannot be returned.

Article 6: Payment methods

The price is payable when ordering. Payments will be made as follows:

For Switzerland:

- Bank transfer; the payment information is sent to the client via the order confirmation. The order will only be shipped upon receipt of the total amount in the Carnassiers-Shop bank account.

- Postfinance Card (Postcard), Postfinance e-finance, Twint, Visa and Mastercard. For your security, payment is made directly on the secure Postfinance page, under no circumstances does Carnassiers-shop save any information about your payment methods on its servers.

- Payment on Invoice, payment is processed via Postfinance for the technical part, during the process your solvency is checked by our partner Powerpay who is responsible for sending you the invoice to be paid and also for collecting the debt. 

Reminders and any follow-up are also managed by Powerpay.

For France:

- Paypal; payments will be made via the secure Paypal system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport over the network.

- Via Postfinance; payment by Visa and Mastercard. For your security, payment is made directly on the secure Postfinance page, under no circumstances does Carnassiers-shop save any information about your payment methods on its servers.

For Belgium:

- Via Postfinance; payment by Visa and Mastercard. For your security, payment is made directly on the secure Postfinance page, under no circumstances does Carnassiers-shop save any information about your payment methods on its servers.

Article 7: Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering, which can only be within the geographical area defined in Article 1. The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products leave the premises of Carnassiers-Shop. In case of damage during transport, a motivated protest must be made without delay to the Post Office or the carrier. No subsequent claim will be accepted. Delivery times are given for information only.

Article 8: Warranty

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal warranty provided in Switzerland. All items in the shop are tested before being put online. In this way, Carnassiers-Shop ensures their proper functioning. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email within seven days after receipt of your parcel.

Article 9: Liability

The seller, in the process of online sale, is only bound by an obligation of means; his liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
