Dolive Shot Soft Lure 11.5cm O.S.P
The Dolive Shot is a "hybrid" lure, half-soft jerkbait, half-tube, which perfectly complements the OSP range. Mainly designed for Back Slide rigging, it is heavily loaded with salt and can also be used perfectly in classic Texas rig (weightless or weighted) or even on a jig head. The Back Slide rig (reversed Texas hook) is used weightless to go under surface obstacles (foliage, weeds, docks, etc.). This rig frees the lure from the constraint exerted by the line on its nose and allows it to move forward (in the direction of the cast). You need to give enough slack to not slow down the lure and allow it to reach the heart of the obstacles.
Fans of the Dolive Stick will recognize this characteristic silhouette which gives it an ultra-realistic swimming action but with a skirted tail made up of 8 appendages.
In Back Slide, the Dolive Shot produces a subtle rolling as it falls and its skirt opens with each twitch like a cephalopod or a fleeing crayfish. In classic weightless, its swimming action is similar to that of the Dolive Stick and will look more like that of a baitfish.
The Dolive Shot skips perfectly and slips through vegetation thanks to its shape and very flexible tail, and is rigged with a size 4/0 Texas hook.
