The new Sakura Tsubaki trout rods benefit from a new design, more trout-oriented than the first generation, and new Fuji guide rails. They are lighter and have improved action quality while maintaining the performance that made their reputation. Designed with two types of action, they will satisfy fans of metal lures or those who prefer to use crankbaits and soft lures.
This new generation offers equipment and traditional elements, used on high-end trout rods, such as AAA natural cork and a wooden reel seat. Built on ultra-thin Mitsubishi Japan IM24T and HM30T carbon blanks, Tsubaki rods offer remarkable balance and lightness. Their responsiveness and sensitivity are very present and will help you cast and animate your trout lures while helping you detect the most subtle bites in the current. In terms of cosmetics, we wanted it to be understated and classy, with a predominance of matte paints (blank and guide frames) to avoid unwanted reflections that would signal your presence to the trout in the area before you even have a chance to present your lure!
You will also notice the presence of the new Fuji Concept O-Rings, in the "slim" version, which lighten the rods and optimize the action of the blanks, both when casting and fishing. These new Sakura Tsubaki rods will not leave you indifferent, that's for sure!
This Tsubaki 532 UL rod, designed to cast your smallest lures, will provide you with pleasure and sensations while ensuring perfect control of the fish during fights. Its parabolic action is perfect for casting metal lures with precision.
This TSU 5’3″ UL spinning rod is ideal for fishing in streams and small rivers. Its extraordinary maneuverability will allow you to achieve feats during sometimes acrobatic casts, necessary to flush out the biggest trout. Its slow (parabolic) action provides unmatched comfort and avoids many unhookings, compared to a stiffer rod.
