The lightweight Ci4+ frame balances rods superbly, the rotation is smooth and powerful, and the front drag is responsive and smooth.
Internally, the Nasci is equipped with HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP, two of Shimano's leading engineering technologies. These elements combine to produce a smooth and powerful rotation, which is extremely effective under pressure and allows your reel to continue performing at its best almost indefinitely. The addition of the latest Silent Drive technology takes performance to an even higher level, with quiet operation. The range includes 12 models, from the ultra-small 500, designed for light and fine fishing, up to the 5000, which has a very high ratio, making it perfect for long-distance fishing with crankbaits.
