Return policy
When making a purchase on www.carnassiers-shop.ch, the buyer has a right of return within 10 days from the date of order.
The buyer must contact carnassiers-shop in writing via the contact form or by email at contact@carnassiers-shop.ch
The item must be new, in its original packaging, unopened and unused. (If carnassiers-shop finds that these conditions are not met, the item cannot be refunded (any shipping costs incurred will be payable).
The right of return applies only to items in stock. Items ordered on request (indicated as such in the shop) cannot be returned.
Postage costs are payable by the buyer.
If the return of an item reduces the total amount of the initial order to a lower amount that allowed the buyer to obtain a discount or free shipping, the discount obtained will be deducted from the refund.
Example 1: the customer purchased £120 worth of goods (free shipping for orders over £99 within the UK) and returns an item worth £40. Their total order is therefore £80 and no longer reaches the £99 threshold.
If they return the item, the refund will be 40 – 7 (deduction of the free shipping costs) or 33 CHF.
Example 2: the customer has purchased a walking stick (bulky item) for CHF 249 and benefited from reduced shipping costs of CHF 20 (instead of CHF 29).
If the walking stick is returned, the refund will be 249 - 9 = 240 CHF.
The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
The refund will be made using the same method as the initial payment or as store credit if the buyer so requests.
Loyalty points and store credit received for the returned item will be reversed.
