Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are agreed between, on the one hand, the company "Carnassiers Shop" and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "Carnassiers Shop" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Article 1: Countries of delivery

Only persons with a delivery address in Switzerland, Belgium or mainland France are authorised to place an order on the website www.carnassiers-shop.ch

Article 2: Items sold

These General Terms and Conditions apply to items sold online on the website www.carnassiers-shop.ch. The characteristics of these items are based on information provided by their suppliers. They are therefore provided by Carnassiers-Shop for information purposes only and Carnassiers-Shop cannot be held liable for them. The same applies to the photos of the items, which are provided in agreement with their suppliers.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).

The Customer shall also pay the delivery costs, which are indicated at the end of the order.

Article 4: Delivery costs

The online sale of products and services presented on the website is reserved for buyers who have a delivery address in Switzerland, Belgium or mainland France. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed.

Shipments are made with Swiss Post for Switzerland and La Poste France for France and Belgium. Customers can choose between ECONOMY and PRIORITY shipping with or without signature for shipments within Switzerland. Shipments to mainland France and Belgium are sent via Colissimo France Standard for France and Colissimo International Standard for Belgium.

If you receive a delivery notice from the post office, you have 7 days to collect your parcel from the post office indicated on the notice. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be returned to us and additional charges will apply (return charges: CHF 7 for economy parcels, CHF 9 for priority parcels) + standard charges for a new shipment (eco: CHF 7, prio: CHF 9). The parcel will be re-shipped after these charges have been paid.

If the address provided when you placed your order is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, the return costs and the costs for a new shipment will be borne by the customer.

The parcel will be reshipped after these fees have been collected.

Article 5: Orders

The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:

– Create a customer account (fill in the identification form) in which they must provide all the requested contact details.

– Fill in the online order basket, providing all the references for the products or services chosen;

– Confirm their order after checking it;

– Confirm their order and payment.

– Make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

The confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by email.

For items marked "On Order", delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the availability of the product from the supplier.

Items marked "On Order" cannot be returned.

Article 6: Payment terms

The price is payable upon ordering. Payments shall be made as follows:

For Switzerland:

- Bank transfer; payment details are sent to the customer with the order confirmation. The order will only be dispatched once the full amount has been received in the Carnassiers-Shop bank account.

- Postfinance Card (Postcard), Postfinance e-finance, Twint, Visa and Mastercard. For your security, payment is made directly on the secure Postfinance page. Under no circumstances does Carnassiers-shop store information about your payment methods on its servers.

- Payment by invoice: payment is processed by Postfinance for the technical aspects. During the process, your creditworthiness is checked by our partner Powerpay, who is responsible for sending you the invoice to be paid and also for collecting the payment.

Reminders and any follow-up are also handled by Powerpay.

Powerpay also allows you to pay in instalments according to the terms and conditions of the link.

For France:

- PayPal: payments will be made through the secure PayPal system, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during transmission over the network.

- Via Postfinance; payment by Visa and Mastercard. For your security, payment is made directly on the secure Postfinance page. Under no circumstances does Carnassiers-shop store any information about your payment methods on its servers.

For Belgium:

Article 7: Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering, which can only be within the geographical area defined in Article 1. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of Carnassiers-Shop. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned complaint must be made immediately to La Poste or the carrier. No subsequent claims will be accepted. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

Article 8: Warranty

All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal warranty provided in Switzerland. All items in the shop are tested before being put online. In this way, Carnassiers-Shop ensures that they are in good working order. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All complaints, exchange or refund requests must be made by email within seven days of receipt of your parcel.

Article 9: Liability

The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional problems.

Article 10: Personal data

In accordance with the laws relating to data processing, files and freedoms in force in Switzerland, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. Carnassiers-Shop reserves the right to collect information necessary about buyers in order to respond to their requests. This information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, except for information necessary for processing the order (delivery address to the carrier, etc.). Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them.

Article 11: Language

These Terms and Conditions have been translated into English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail.

Article 12: Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and any questions arising from or related to them shall be governed by Swiss substantive law.

Any dispute relating to these terms of use shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Lausanne.
